The Insurance Week has confirmed its date and venue for its third edition. From Tuesday, April 6th to Thursday, April 8th, 2027Salta will host representatives from the insurance and reinsurance market, officials, regulators, specialists and executives from various economic activities.
After its first two editions in Bariloche and Mendoza, the event organized by the Centro de Investigaciones para el Desarrollo del Seguro (CIDeS) continues to deepen its federal character and will reach a new strategic location in the Argentine interior.
The selection of Salta aims to reaffirm the importance of insurance as a pillar of investment, economic growth, and productive development. The province also offers a particularly relevant context due to the dynamism of activities such as mining, energy, agriculture, tourism, and infrastructure—sectors in which risk management and insurance coverage play an increasingly important role.
The 2027 edition will take place in the Centro de Convenciones de Salta and it will feature two academic days, with time allotted for coffee breaks and lunches. The format will also include a specific time slot for meetings, networking, and social experiences—a hallmark of Insurance Week since its inception.
The preliminary agenda items include judicial matters, the capital market, the longevity and sustainability of personal insurance, the vectors of economic growth, reinsurance, supervision, regulation, corporate risk management, mobility, the automotive industry, and technology applied to business.
The economy and politics will also play a prominent role. The fact that the meeting is taking place in an election year will provide a unique context for analyzing the country's prospects and their impact on the insurance industry, investments, and key productive sectors.
The previous edition, held in March 2026 in Mendoza, brought together more than 300 attendees, sold out and attracted local, regional, and international experts. Over three days, it combined a high-level academic program with sporting activities, networking opportunities, and culinary experiences in iconic locations throughout the province.
In the coming months, will be announced the participation options, sponsorship categories, the first confirmed speakers, and the program of activities of the Insurance Week 2027.
